• Drafting and reviewing contracts, articles of association, lease agreements, memorandum of agreement, memorandum of understanding, shareholders’ agreement, share transfer agreement, project development agreement, concession agreements, etc.;

• Assisting foreign investors with business licensing, work permits, visas, and tax compliance matters;

• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring;

• Providing legal support for the establishment of banks and bank branches, including licensing and regulatory approvals;

• Drafting and advising on offshore loan transactions, financing agreements, and related security documents;

• Advising and assisting with trademark registration in the Lao PDR;

• Advising and assisting with the establishment of companies and representative offices, including preparation and submission of all applications and documents required under Lao laws; and

• Assisting with legal due diligence and preparing legal opinions, contracts, and other corporate documents
